Recently, some criminals pretended to be staff of our company for commercial fraud, causing our customers to suffer economic losses. Our company hereby solemnly releases the following statement:
1. All quotations and business communication of our corporation are sent only from the corporate email boxes @carestar.cc. All quotations and business communication which are sent through WeChat, QQ, Skype or any other communication tool are invalid. In addition, please check our email address carefully when sending and receiving emails, and be careful to distinguish the various disguise of the email address by criminals.
2. All contracts and PIs of our company are valid only when they are stamped with our company’s official seal. We never sign so-called "Online Contract" with customers.
3. We will show and mail our company's accurate banking information document before receiving payment from customers. The authenticity of our banking information document must meet two conditions, none of which is dispensable: a. The banking information document is stamped with our company’s official seal. b. Our company must mail the original document of our banking information by express to the customer, and tell the tracking number of the express to the customer.
4. Our banking information rarely changes, and generally does not change for many years. If you receive an email with changes for our banking information, please confirm with our company repeatedly.
